The Mental Toughness Seminar is a continuing education program that focuses on the key aspects of psychological strength and concentration in exercise and sport. Psychological “resilience” helps in better understanding and effectiveness of goals related to athletic performance. This is achieved through specific mind exercises that help us to be focused, aware and resilient under pressure.
No prerequisites are required to attend this program.
