Students will have the opportunity to be trained in:
– In training models specifically for children that will aim to improve their physical condition, their athletic abilities, but also to reduce excess weight.
– To be able to train both individually and as a team through NASM’s OPT™ exercise model
– To provide coaching – educational solutions to parents by creating after school activities and programs
– On how to reduce the tendency to childhood obesity through exercise and dietary advice
– To understand the necessity of having specialised trainers for children from 6 to 19
