Functional Movement Systems certification level 1 + 2.
The FMS is a Screening Tool used to identify limitations or asymmetries in seven fundamental movement patterns that are important for the quality of functional movement in people who do not have pain or a musculoskeletal injury.

- Corrective exercise applications and strategies to improve your clients’ movement pattern limitations that the Functional Movement Screen uncovers.
- Understanding of the process of applying appropriate exercises based on the results of measurements with
