Functional Movement Systems Certification level 1

 The  FMS is a  Screening Tool used to identify limitations or asymmetries in seven fundamental movement patterns that are important for the quality of functional movement in people who do not have pain or a musculoskeletal injury.

 FMS Level 1 “The Movement Experience” Certification

• Acquiring a historical understanding around human movement.
• Learning the FMS-based assessment process.
• Understanding the difference betweenMotor Control andMobility.
• Interpretation between the initial and final evaluation.
• Understanding and interpretation of the scoring system (Scoring System)
• Implementation of therapeutic/corrective exercises based on scores on  FMSCertified Member Benefits

Successful candidates of the FMS Level 1 Certification Exam will receive 1 year of free membership to FunctionalMovement.com which includes:
