He was born in Athens and was a high level Baseball athlete with many distinctions to his credit (5 Greek Championships, 2 Greek Cups, 2 European National Team Championships), as well as a member of the Olympic Baseball Team which in 2004 won the gold medal in the test event in Athens just before the Olympic Games. He is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master’s degree in “Molecular and Applied Physiology” from the Athens Medical School (E.K.P.A.) He holds the International CPT by NASM certification as well as a certified FMS Level 1 + Level 2 Instructor and Lets Bands Master Trainer.Since 2016 he is the National Manager of Exercise Medicine Greece, Founder of INFC (International Network of Fitness Certifications) and the first Greek Network of Exercise Science Certifications (HNFC), which is the exclusive representative and partner of NASM, CETI, FMS EXOS, Lets Bands in Greece and Cyprus. He has been active in the field of personalized exercise since 2003 and has been a key partner of Eleni Petroulaki Ivic, both as a personal trainer (ASANA North Suburbs) and as general manager (ASANA Thessaloniki).
