George Plutarchou graduated from the European University Cyprus (EPC) with a BSc degree in physiotherapy, then graduated with a MSc in sports physiotherapy and OMT techniques, and is currently working on his PhD thesis. He works as a physiotherapist in football and Futsal teams (A.P.O.E.L, Olympiacos Nicosia, Lakatameia WFC, Omonoia 29 March), has worked on an individual level with athletes of all levels and has his own physiotherapy clinic.
He has also worked for two years in various settings in the capacity of a clinical mentor in physiotherapy. He is a research associate with the Cyprus Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy and has been teaching a wide range of courses in the degree of physiotherapy since 2015. Finally, he has a strong interest in research with several publications in scientific journals and conferences abroad.
