DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\nOlympic Weightlifting Seminar with Christos Iakovos. \nOne of the \n  \n    largest\n  \n\n   coaches \n\n  weightlifters\n\n   in history will be at the \n\n  Cyprus\n  to share with us his knowledge and experiences in the sport. Ο  Christos Iakovos  will be with us to teach and share the  eight (8)  steps of the Olympic weightlifting training system in the  Arase  and the  zesty epole. Among other things\, the following will be taught  techniques of brakesn\, the  mechanics of motion\, but also the  methodology of training. A system which was developed by Mr. Iakovos himself and which is taught in university coaching schools in Greece. A system which has created and developed world-class athletes. Also\, a small part of the conference will be devoted to  training systems in powerlifting. At the conference\, attendees will have the opportunity to get in touch with  one-to-one\, together with Mr. Christos Iakovou\, in a  unique opportunity  To  train  and to  Learn  by arguably the greatest coach of all time.
